For larger pieces, our two-man delivery service brings items to the room of your choice, up to two flights of stairs unless there is a lift, with a three-hour slot sent by text and email. Two-man delivery to the room of your choice is available for a £20 surcharge, which may be free on larger orders. Bulk deliveries for larger projects can be arranged by phone.
Can I return a sofa if it is not right?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of your delivery date, provided items are in good condition with the original packaging where possible. A £35 collection charge applies if the return is not due to a fault. Refunds are processed within 1 to 2 weeks.
