Low overheads. It’s all very nice having big fancy stores but somebody has to pay for them and we don’t want that to be you. Those sales people that follow you around traditional stores tend to work on commission, therefore, it is in their interest to sell the more expensive products. You won’t get that with us. Our store is exclusively based online and our team is made up of people who care about your needs and wishes, not sales targets. This allows us to keep our costs down and pass those savings onto you.
Reputation. We only stock brands whose ethos lines up with our own. Take a closer look at our mattresses and you will find names attached such as The National Bed Federation (NBF). The NBF is the recognised trade association representing UK manufacturers of beds and their suppliers. All of our mattresses are passed to BS7177 source 5 fire tests. Our furniture is produced by manufacturers who are members of the Furniture Industry Research Association (FIRA). FIRA provides support to the entire furniture supply chain and membership gives access to an unrivalled hub of knowledge, ensuring that our suppliers know what they are doing. All of our products are guaranteed for commercial use.
Security. We know how important it is to keep your money and identity safe and that is why your details are processed using our secure, encrypted, payment processes.
Delivery. Need it quickly? We hold a vast range of stock to enable free next day delivery using our express one man service. Not in such a rush and want delivery to your room of choice? With our 2 Man delivery service we will make this happen. We’ll send a text notification with an estimated 2 hour time slot and we’ll call you 30 minutes prior to arrival so you are kept informed every step of the way. This service takes between 3 - 7 working days to complete from point of order. Once you’ve placed your order we’ll swiftly contact you to get the ball rolling. Need delivery in bulk? Not a problem. We offer a specialist bulk delivery service tailored to your needs. Whether it is 200 mattresses delivered to your storage warehouse or 20 beds to be installed into a hotel. We can do it! Please call us to discuss your needs for this bespoke service. Want an old divan or mattress removed? We can sort that out for you too. Just add the option at the checkout and we’ll do the rest.
