We know how difficult it can be getting hotel beds & mattresses delivered directly to any of the channel islands. This is why Trade Beds Direct have partnered with a courier company in order to deliver directly to the Isle of Wight, Guernsey & Jersey.
How long does it take to receive my hotel beds and mattresses to the channel islands?
Delivery in total takes around 2 weeks to complete. Once we deliver to our courier in Southampton, they will usually deliver to you on the next working day. For large quantities, this can take a little more time but we will work with you to make sure the delivery is quick and seamless.
Is there an extra cost to deliver to my hotel on the channel islands?
If you require delivery directly to your hotel, B&B or guest house then there would be an extra charge on top of our wholesale price list for us to deliver. Every quote is different depending on quantity so let us know the products you would like to order and we will be able to give you an accurate quotation.
We already have a shipping service to the channel islands, can you deliver to a UK port?
Yes, we do not charge any extra on top of our wholesale price list to deliver to a UK mainland port. We can deliver any quantity to any port in 1-2 weeks for you to arrange the onward travel.
What if something is wrong with the item, can we return this?
If you have received an incorrect item, we will arrange the pick up of old and delivery of new. Customer care is at the heart of what we do and we want to make sure that you and your guests are satisfied with our service and our NBF certified contract hotel mattresses.
Can you take away our old items?
This is something we can arrange for you. We have connections in the channel islands where we can arrange for your old hotel mattresses to be picked up on the same day as we deliver.
