Trade Beds Direct Limited is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in its operations and supply chains. This statement outlines the steps we have taken and will continue to take to ensure that modern slavery does not occur within our business or supply chains. This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our modern slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending July 2024.

We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products to our customers and maintaining strong, ethical relationships with our suppliers. Our operations are primarily based in the UK, but we source products and materials from suppliers worldwide.

 

Our Policies

We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships. Our policies reflect our commitment to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking are not taking place anywhere in our supply chains.

Supplier Code of Conduct: Our Supplier Code of Conduct requires all suppliers to comply with our values and ethics, including adherence to all local and international laws regarding human rights and labor practices.

Whistleblowing Policy: We encourage all employees and suppliers to report any concerns related to the direct activities or the supply chains of the company. This includes any circumstances that may give rise to an enhanced risk of slavery or human trafficking.

Due Diligence Processes

To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we provide training to our staff. This includes:
