If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we are happy to accept any returns of our products within 30 days of your delivery date. Simply call on on 0330 113 5571 or email info@tradebedsdirect.co.uk and we will liaise with you to get the items picked up on a convenient day. Please verify any returns with our customer service team prior to sending any products back.
Once we receive the returned item, 'Trade Beds Direct Ltd' will give a full refund. If the reason for return is not due to product fault, a £35 collection charge will be applicable and deducted from the refund. We ask politely that the item is returned in good condition, along with the original packaging where possible.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed/refunded.
Trade Beds Direct Ltd will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
If you have arranged your own courier for the returned item to be shipped to us, Trade Beds Direct cannot be held responsible for any item being damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable return service.
